We take great care of your goods and have extremely well prepared staff and measures implemented to ensure a safe arrival. However, if something happens, please present a written claim to the ship agent before discharging the cargo. You can also include our e-mail address in the e-mail to the ship agent.

A dock receipt refers to a document that includes the quantity of the cargo, observations and the conditions of it when received at the terminal. You should have it ready by the end of the loading process.

8. What is a STATEMENT OF FACTS and when should I have that ready?

A statement of facts plays the role of a logbook in which every event that took place during the loading process of the ship is mentioned and it needs to be ready before the end of the loading or unloading processes.
